Kimberly A. Buck, P.E., President

Ms. Kimberly A. Buck is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, license number 38565. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio in 1982 and has been a consulting engineer in the Central Florida Area for over thirty years. Ms. Buck established The Alann Engineering Group, Inc. in 1989.

Her experience includes: Single and multi-family subdivisions, condominiums, commercial site plans for office and retail developments including shopping centers and parking garages, elementary and middle school sites, road design projects, water and sewer systems, utility master plans, redevelopment projects, ditch realignment projects, FEMA LOMC’s, Beachfront parks/restrooms and coastal construction projects.

Ms. Buck's diverse design skills help to expedite the development of creative, functional and cost-effective designs.

Cole T. Buck, E.I., Project Engineer

Mr. Cole Buck obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida in 2014. Mr. Buck worked for Reiss Engineering, Orlando, FL as a municipal utility designer; and PGAL, Houston, Texas as a Project Engineer working on a 3,410-bed apartment development at Texas A&M University.

As a Project Engineer for The Alann Engineering Group, Mr. Buck has updated the firms Civil 3D utilization and has been responsible for the design of roadway improvement plans, subdivision layout and design, commercial site plan design and permitting and general design assistance with shopping center development in addition to conceptual layouts for several local projects.

Melissa H. Tincher, E.I., Project Engineer

Ms. Tincher obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida in 2013. Ms. Tincher worked for Reiss Engineering, Orlando, FL worked on the design of master utility plans for the Virgin Islands and the City of Altamonte Springs; and Zev Cohen and Associates, Inc., Ormond Beach, FL as a Project Engineer involved in utility design projects such as One Daytona, Daytona International Speedway and Daytona International Airport.

As a Project Engineer for The Alann Engineering Group, Ms. Tincher has been responsible for utility modeling and master plan design, commercial site plan design and permitting and stormwater modeling and design in addition to conceptual layouts for multiple local projects.
