Hunter's Ridge DRI Master Water & Wastewater Utility Plan. AEG provided the design, layout and calculations and prepared the master utility plan for the Hunter's Ridge DRI. The project consists of approximately 2,000 acres of developable area with a mix of over 1,600 residential units and 500,000+/- SF of retail, commercial, industrial and office space. The master utility plan will be utilized by the City of Ormond Beach in each phase of the development to ensure proper expansion of the utilities.
